
TERMS OF SALE AND RETURN POLICY
These terms and conditions apply to sales contracts concluded between Montelement OÜ (registration code: 16358347) and the Customer.**

## 1. RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (applies to physical products) 1.1. **Standard products:** The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for physical products (e.g. standard furniture) ordered via the website within **14 days** from the date of receipt of the product.

1.2. **Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:** The right of withdrawal applies [Only in the case of factory-rejected products] (in accordance with Section 53, Section 4 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act). This must be clearly stated upon receipt of the goods.

1.3. **Return procedure:** To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit a free-form withdrawal application to the e-mail address: office@montelement.com. The returned product must be in its original packaging and unused.

1.4. **Return costs:** The Customer shall bear the direct costs related to the return in accordance with the courier company's price list*

1.5. **Refund:** Monelement OÜ shall refund the purchase price to the Customer no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal form, provided that the product has been returned.

## 2. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1. **Payment methods:** Products can be paid for [only by invoice*].

2.2. **Delivery methods and fees:** The goods are delivered to the address chosen by the Customer. Within Estonia, the delivery price is [added to the invoice*] or *calculated when placing the order*.

2.3. **Terms of service:** The delivery time and terms of construction and design services are agreed in a separate contract.

## 3. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
​
3.1. **Liability:** Monelement OÜ is responsible for the compliance of products and services with the terms of the contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
